Used high quality, pure PP material for high stability, ensuring no chemical reactions with test reagents. Deep Well Plate can be stored under subzero temperature from -40 to -80ºC, as well as autoclavable at 20Psi, 121ºC for 20 minutes. It also can tolerate maximum sustainable centrifuge force at 4000g. Good flatness, through strict air tightness full inspection, to ensure that the well plate does not leak liquid. Round hole or square hole are available in volumes of 0.35 ml, 1.2 ml, 1.3 ml,2.0ml and 2.2 ml. And also can be customized for your request.

Cotaus® 1.2ml Square U bottom Deep Well Plate are ideal for high-throughput screening processes and long-term storage. It all begins with high-clarity, ultra-pure polypropylene, combined with proprietary injection molding techniques to produce high-clarity vessels that are exceptionally robust, chemically-resistant, and pure. The thickness of the bottom and side walls of the plate is uniform, and the upper part of the orifice plate is flat and uniform, which is convenient for sealing, and the hole size is consistent. It can be sealed with adhesive film, heat-sealed or used together with autoclaved deep-well plate cover. It has good flatness and can be transported for long distances after being sealed with heat-sealing film. Well Plates can be autoclaved (121℃, 20 minutes).
